SUBMISSION POLICY

Submitted papers undergo a double-blind reviewing process. A request for revision does not guarantee that the article will be accepted for publication. Afro Eurasian Studies also reserves the right to reject papers without review.

Submission implies that the paper has not been previously published and that the author neither has nor will submit the paper elsewhere while it is under consideration. Simultaneous submission to another journal is cause for immediate withdrawal of the manuscript from the review process.

All submitted papers must also represent original work, and should fully reference and describe all prior work on the same subject.

Source information for tables, figures, maps, photos, and other artwork should be mentioned in the captions. For material that is copyrighted, a letter of permission from the copyright holder must be obtained.

The corresponding author of a manuscript accepted for publication will receive a formal letter of acceptance and publication agreement form to be signed by all authors.

Afro Eurasian Studies reserves the right to copyedit all manuscripts for clarity, conciseness, grammar, and journal style.
